The Origin
In the forgotten outskirts of Paris there was a factory that produced nothing.
At least in appearance. It did not manufacture objects. It created transformations.
A man, known only as the Alchemist, melted gold with forbidden materials in the shadows.
He was not looking for wealth. He was looking for control.
For years, nothing responded. Then one night the gold moved. It did not melt. It changed.
Creations began to respond. They were no longer objects. They were entities.
That was the beginning of the Lux Monsters.
The First Edition
Twelve experiments. None should have worked.
Each one was made once. Twelve designs. Fifty bodies in total. When they are gone, they are gone.

The Work
Made by a jeweller. Not a toymaker.
Each body is stitched by hand. Each eye is a real stone, cut and set and weighed by a jeweller in a small workshop off the Rue des Orfèvres. The gold is 18 karat. The clasps are signed.
We did not invent this. We borrowed the techniques that make fine jewellery fine and used them on something softer.
