Your piece leaves the Paris atelier in nested luxury packaging, fully insured, and arrives at your door by courier with signature on delivery. Every step is tracked. Nothing is left to chance.
Timeline
Every Lux Monster is made to order. Production runs 4 to 6 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed and payment clears. That window covers character casting, gem setting, finishing, and final authentication.
Once your piece passes inspection, shipping takes another 3 to 7 business days depending on destination. You receive a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves the atelier.
If your order includes a custom inscription, bespoke gem selection, or one-of-one tier work, production extends to 8 weeks. Your account manager confirms the exact window before the order is finalized, so you always know when to expect the piece.

Global Coverage
We ship to more than 60 countries. Most pieces travel with DHL Express. High-value Rare and Super Rare tier orders travel with DHL Medical-Express or FedEx Priority, which provide dedicated handling and priority clearance through customs.
Every shipment requires a signature and photo ID match at delivery. Your piece will not be left at a door or with a neighbour. If a destination is flagged as high risk, we coordinate a hand delivery instead.
Hand delivery by our own courier is available in Paris, London, Monaco, Geneva, Zurich, Milan, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, New York, and Los Angeles. A dedicated courier meets you at the address of your choice, witnesses the unboxing, and confirms the serial number on site.

Packaging
Your piece ships in nested luxury packaging. The outer shipping carton is plain, unbranded, and carries no reference to Lux Monsters or the contents inside. Discretion on the doorstep matters.
Inside the carton sits a velvet-lined inner box cut to the exact profile of your figurine. The numbered certificate of authenticity travels in its own sleeve, separate from the piece, to prevent any rub or pressure marks during transit.

Insurance and Claims
Every piece is shipped fully insured at its declared value. In the rare event of loss or in-transit damage, you file a claim with us directly. We handle the carrier side.
First response on any claim arrives within 48 hours. Once the claim is approved, you choose between a full refund or a rebuild of your piece to the same specification.

Customs and Duties
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. A detailed commercial invoice travels with every shipment so your broker or carrier can clear the piece quickly. We cannot undervalue a piece or mark it as a gift. Every order is declared at full value.
For buyers in the United States, the Section 321 de minimis exemption does not apply above 800 USD. Every Lux Monster exceeds that threshold, so duty and entry fees will be assessed.
For buyers in the European Union, we handle IOSS on qualifying orders of 150 EUR and above where applicable, which simplifies VAT collection on delivery. Larger orders route through standard customs entry.

Tracking and Delivery
You receive real-time tracking by email the moment your piece is handed to the carrier. Status updates continue through clearance, out for delivery, and signed receipt.
Buyers of Rare and Super Rare tier pieces are introduced to a personal account manager. Your manager coordinates delivery windows, answers questions in transit, and confirms receipt with you directly.
If the first delivery window does not suit you, reschedule twice at no cost. After the second reschedule, we work with you privately to find a viable delivery date.
