Lux Monsters are ultra-luxury collectible figurines made with 18K gold and real gems. Fifty pieces per edition. Below are the most common questions about product, ordering, shipping, authentication, and collaborations.
Each piece is crafted from precious metals (18K gold, sterling silver, platinum, titanium) and set with real gemstones (diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, onyx, and others depending on the design). We never use synthetic gems, plated plastic, or cubic zirconia. The plush body is long-pile faux fur, premium quality, hand-assembled in Paris.
Each piece is approximately 12 centimeters tall (body only), 15 centimeters including the clip, and 4.5 centimeters wide. Designed to carry as a keychain or display on a shelf. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
Yes. Every gemstone in a Lux Monster is a genuine, natural stone, conflict-free sourced, and graded for clarity. The specific origin and quality grade are documented on the certificate of authenticity that accompanies each piece.
Yes. The keychain mechanism is reinforced for daily carry. However, precious materials will develop natural patina over years of use. Many collectors prefer to display their pieces and carry them selectively.
We release Editions as limited drops. Each Edition contains exactly 50 pieces across 3 tiers: Base (40 pieces at EUR 1,500), Limited (7 pieces at EUR 2,500), and Rare (3 pieces at EUR 4,000). Each drop is announced 7 to 14 days in advance. Waitlist members get early access 24 hours before the public release. Once a piece sells out, it is never restocked. A new Edition with different designs releases approximately every two months.
Each piece is handcrafted after your order is placed. Production typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. You will receive email updates every two weeks with production progress. Once complete, your piece ships via insured express courier.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
Yes. We offer interest-free installment payments through Klarna, splitting the total into 4 equal payments. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.
Yes. We ship worldwide via insured express courier (DHL Express, FedEx Priority) with full tracking and signature required. Shipping is complimentary on all orders. See the Shipping page for country-specific details.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. We include a detailed commercial invoice and cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalued.
Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Defective items are repaired or replaced at our expense under the lifetime craftsmanship warranty. See the Warranty page for details.
Every Lux Monster contains an encrypted NFC chip and comes with a QR-coded authentication card. Tap the piece with your phone or scan the QR code to access the verification page showing the serial number, edition info, production details, and current owner of record.
The authentication system transfers with the piece. Any buyer can verify authenticity using the NFC chip or serial number. Register the new owner through the authentication portal to keep the provenance ledger current. We recommend keeping the original presentation box, certificate, and authentication card to maximise resale value.
Yes. Edition sizes are determined by production capacity, not marketing. When we say 50 pieces, exactly 50 pieces are made. The specific moulds and design files are archived after the run. Serial numbers are sequential, laser-engraved on the gold bezel, and verifiable on our authentication page.
